Tim Clarke
Tim is a Director and mediator with Out of Court and has been practising Alternative Dispute Resolution since 1986. He completed his law degree and was admitted to the bar in 1996 and now specialises almost entirely in mediation, facilitation and training.
Tim is a member of the LEADR Advanced Panel of mediators and the mediation panel for Internet New Zealand. Tim was an inaugural member, and is the immediate past Chairperson of, 'Restorative Justice Aotearoa', the national association of restorative justice providers. Tim has also worked as a Disputes Tribunal Referee, had three years' experience of teaching Dispute Resolution at Waikato University's School of Law, and works as a contract trainer for LEADR.

Sharon Stewart
Sharon is a Director and mediator with Out of Court and has worked as a professional mediator and trainer since 1998. Since completing her law degree and being admitted to the bar in 1998, Sharon’s focus has been on alternative dispute resolution and training.
Sharon is a member of the LEADR Mediation Panel of mediators and has lectured in dispute resolution in Waikato University's School of Law. Sharon is an accredited assessor for the Ministry of Justice Restorative Justice training programme and has been responsible for setting up three community based restorative justice trusts. Sharon is also active in dealing with disputes in the health sector where she previously worked as a New Zealand Registered nurse.

John Delaney
John plays the dual role of project manager and mediator for Out of Court. Prior to moving to New Zealand in 2006, John worked in London for ten years as a regional manager, trade union negotiator and employee relations adviser in the health and local government sectors. John is a member of the LEADR Mediation Panel of mediators, a restorative justice facilitator and has managed both a private consultancy business and a community restorative justice trust.
With a Masters degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and work experiences across a variety of sectors, John has become adept at dealing with conflict resolution with a focus on building strong sustainable relationships.

Louise Fielden
Louise is Personal Assistant to the Out of Court team. Having worked in a variety of legal and other professional Personal Assistant roles, Louise ensures the smooth operation of our busy practice.
Louise is the first point of contact at Out of Court and can assist you with initial information about the services we provide. New and existing clients need to know that Louise keeps close tabs on the members of the Out of Court team and will refer your enquiry to the appropriate person to ensure you get the personal service the team prides itself on.
