Conflict and internal organisational issues can be painfully consuming. As a product of our contact with clients in providing mediation, facilitation and training services, we have developed a further service based around providing on-call support and advice for managers and staff. Personnel at all levels of an organisation can benefit from the opportunity of working with an independent and, if necessary, confidential advisor.
Our services include one-on-one problem solving discussions with senior managers, middle management and support staff as required.
We provide mentoring and professional supervision for people working in conflict resolution.

When we are contacted to assist in a conflict situation we often find that in addition to the presenting issue, there is either a systemic cause, widespread impacts where an issue grows beyond the level of a day to day problem, or the absence of a proactive and constructive response mechanism to address issues as they arise.
In addition to mediating or facilitating a one-off resolution of the presenting issue, we work with organisations to develop conflict resolution and complaints processes. We do this in a collaborative way that develops systems and processes and the skills and insight of those applying them.
