Bullying & Harassment Investigations

Out of Court was engaged as an independent advisor to assist with developing a bullying and harassment policy for the University of Waikato. This included the facilitation of workshops with senior staff to create an understanding of what is and what isn’t bullying and harassment and how it can be addressed.

The Bullying & Harassment policy supports the University of Waikato’s Staff Code of Conduct and provides a very specific guide should there be a complaint.   Sharon’s role is as an independent investigator of complaints, who reports her findings to the Director of Human Resources.
