The Bay of Plenty Times recently published an in-depth piece on restorative justice for their Inside Story feature. The article drew heavily on the work of Restorative Justice facilitators in the Bay of Plenty region including work undertaken by Out of Court. It's great to see restorative justice being given some much needed publicity. Hopefully the article will help members of the Tauranga Moana community to better understand how the process can help victims and offenders going through the criminal justice system.
